RM Yoga

Ruth is a long-time yoga practitioner and an experienced yoga and Pilates teacher with over ten years of teaching experience. She teaches weekly vinyasa flow, yin yoga and Pilates classes in Surrey and London and yoga retreats worldwide. In addition, she runs a busy 1:1 therapeutic practice for people with a wide variety of needs from athletes recovering from sports injuries to people living with chronic health conditions.

Ruth trained at the Yoga Academy on the 200-hour BWY accredited course and in addition has studied yin and restorative yoga intensively with Simon Low and Judith Hanson Lasater. Pilates has become integral to her own practice and Ruth is a qualified mat-work teacher with leaders in informed movement and rehabilitation, Polestar Pilates UK. She is currently studying for a Masters at SOAS in the Traditions of Yoga and Meditation.

Ruth is passionate about sharing the healing modalities of yoga and Pilates with you as it has been her experience that these practices develop our ability to experience life fully, with strength, ease, gratitude, joy and compassion.
