Transform your physical and mental wellbeing with a week of yoga in the beautiful surroundings of the Suleyman’s Garden in Turkey, a charming traditional farm with terraced vegetable gardens, orchards, bountiful gardens with stunning sea views.
Have you always wanted to explore your yoga practice and to understand the central teachings to this ancient art with more clarity? We’ve created a week of carefully themed and structured classes underpinned by yogic philosophy and current anatomical awareness to take you on a transformative personal journey.
You will come away from your holiday feeling nourished in mind, body and soul. This holiday is all about feeling good, inside and out, we will work and learn together in a small community of like-minded souls and we will smile a lot!
We have only 16 places and with two teachers, you’ll get lots of attention.
Suleyman’s Garden is in a stunning location overlooking the Mediterranean, with swimming from a rocky cove a five-minute walk away. It is also not far from lovely Kabak Beach, an hours walk along a beautiful coastal path in the shade of the pine forest or alternatively 15 minutes by road. Further along the coast, accessible only by boat, is wonderful, isolated Springwater Beach.
Accommodation is within traditionally constructed huts set amid lovingly-tended floral gardens. Bathrooms are plentiful and shared around the site.
£795 with a £275 optional single supplement fee. The fee includes all meals on site, accommodation and teaching (please note flights are not included).
There will be an optional boat trip during the week.

Yang and Yin yoga plus Pilates to ensure you begin the year feeling great, full of vitality and with a serious glow! Hardcore belly and butt busting Pilates moves lead into a strong and sweaty dynamic vinyasa yoga flow sequence with a bunch of juicy rotational moves to squeeze out all the junk that accumulates over the festive period.
We’ll practice some detoxifying breathing techniques and then end with the sweetest and most delicious restorative sequence and guided relaxation to promote openness, clarity and good intention that will leave you feeling centered, strong yet receptive and totally ready for everything that’s in store for the year ahead.

What a diverse range of classes we have for you: Restorative Yoga, Vedic Chant, Yoga for Backcare, Glow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa Flow and a class for all on the lawn with Simon Low (rain I love you but not on the 4th August, please!).

Up until a few years ago I guess you could say I was a bit of a yoga purist and the pilates classes I had been to had always seemed, well, rather dry in comparison! Not so Jeannie di Bon’s Creattiva Pilates in Hinchley Wood.
I have found Jeannie’s real passion for anatomy and movement combined with her thorough understanding of the pilates system to be incredibly complimentary to my yoga practice and to my core strength and stability. Yoga and pilates together make a super rewarding combination and the idea that they are opposing disciplines, where if you practice one you don’t need the other, isn’t necessary. Joseph Pilates himself was a keen practitioner of yoga and it’s fascinating to see the influence of yoga asana on pilates poses…
